At XPLORE 4D, we consider responsible, transparent, and ethical corporate conduct to be an integral part of the quality of our technologies, services, and research and development activities. That is why we have established our own Compliance Management System – a comprehensive framework of internal policies, rules, and procedures that sets clear standards in the areas of ethics, responsible business conduct, risk management, data protection, research integrity, cooperation with partners, and compliance with legal and internal requirements.
The system helps us maintain a high standard of corporate governance, prevent and manage risks, and ensure consistent decision-making across the company. At the same time, it strengthens the trust of our clients, partners, public institutions, and research organisations with which we cooperate.

The XPLORE 4D Compliance Management System is based on Slovak and European regulatory requirements, as well as on the principles of internationally recognised standards in the areas of quality, data protection, information security, responsible AI use, research integrity, human rights, and anti-corruption practices.
It forms an integral part of our long-term management framework and is applied in audits, due diligence processes, international partnerships, public procurement procedures, as well as grant, research, and innovation projects. It also enables us to demonstrate our approach to risk management, regulatory compliance, and responsible corporate conduct in a transparent and systematic manner.
Through this system, we are further strengthening XPLORE 4D’s readiness to operate in international project and research environments, including participation in projects, programmes, and partnerships under ESA, Horizon Europe, LIFE, Interreg, EIC, Eurostars, CINEA, and the European Commission, as well as cooperation with universities, research organisations, public institutions, and public-sector contracting authorities.
